"The business of business should not just be about money, it should be about responsibility. It should be about public good, not private greed."
Anita Roddick Founder of The Body Shop
Pink Sugar Project's Mission:
To create meaningful experiences while inspiring creativity, compassion, and the joy of giving.
We are about so much more than cookies and parties. While we absolutely love both, the company is mission-driven meaning that every decision made and every action taken must support the mission above all else.
Pink Sugar Project's business model is based on the fact that doing good in the world and making money are not mutually exclusive. A similar idea is the "triple bottom line," where businesses must take account of not only their financial gains and losses, but also their less tangible (but often more important) social and environmental impacts. The three dimensions of the triple bottom line are people, planet, and profit.
Pink Sugar Project's Values:
The values are so intertwined that you really can't have one without the others.
Our love for animals leads us to be better people.
Being a better person inspires us to care for each other.
We care for each other by forming safe and healthy communities -
Which cannot be done without protecting our planet.
