Pink Sugar Project conducts all business in the most sustainable way possible.
All decorating tools and equipment are reusable - standard decorating often uses disposable plastic bags.
We use table linens (tablecloths, placemats, napkins) instead of disposable paper products.
Reusable baking mats are used in place of parchment paper.
Cookie boxes are unbleached, reduced fiber, recyclable and meet Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) standards. The box window is a cellulose-based product made from plants and is recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable!
When paper products are used, they are made from the highest recyclable content available and printing is done with vegetable-based inks.
When plastic is used it is BPA-free.
All sugar is organic.
According to a study by the United Nations, animal agriculture is the largest contributor to global warming - Pink Sugar Project does not use animal products.
Parties are Zero-Waste, meaning everything is either reused or recycled. There is no trash to go to a landfill or make its way to the ocean!
